First Meeting

Purchase Offers and Negotiations

I will determine the value of the home you have chosen. I do this by compiling a comparative market analysis of the property.

I will help you consider additional terms of the offer such as personal property, closing dates, home inspections, and earnest deposits.

I will deliver the offer and help negotiate subsequent counter offers. In addition, I will care for the delivery of signed documents and earnest deposits to create a seamless transaction.

My Responsibilities for Closing the Transaction

I will deliver earnest monies and signed documents to requisite parties.

Inspections will be coordinated by me. When the home inspection takes place, it is helpful for the buyers to be present. This allows you to address the issues the home may have.

I will track the mortgage process through lending institutions.

The closing date with seller's agent and Title Company will be confirmed by me and I attend the closing as your Woodland Schmidt representative.

I will manage and communicate information amongst appropriate parties throughout the entire transaction process.
