Tax Credit Extension?
There have been a lot of rumors going around as to whether or not the tax incentive is going to be extended. Based on a conversation I had earlier in the week with a very reliable source the tax credit is going to be extended at least 6 more months. I'm going to wait and see if this comes true, but if it happens it would be good for the real estate market.
