Multiple Offers

The activity in today's West Michigan Real Estate market is the best that I have seen in years. Several times during showings I will run across another agent and buyers showing the home at the same time. If I set showings up a few days early, I'm finding many of the homes are pending before my buyers get a chance to go through. Over the past month several times my clients have had to compete with other offers from different buyers.

If you are a seller considering putting the home on the market, now is the time! If you are buyer, be ready to pursue a home quickly or it could be gone.
