Our Year-by-Year Closing Record
Two different counts, both from the MLS. The table below counts every closing on both sides of the transaction, by calendar year: 2,220 in total since 2006. A separate measure looks only at the homes we listed and sold, over the trailing 12 months as of August 2026: 95 of them, at a median of 9 days on market and a median of 99.9 percent of list price, with 47 of the 95 closing at or above the asking price. What This Record Shows
A few things stand out in the numbers. Our team grew from a handful of closings in 2006 to consistently well over 150 homes a year for the past decade. We have sustained that volume through changing markets, including a genuinely difficult 2023 when higher interest rates slowed activity across the country and our closings dipped before recovering in 2024 and 2025. We show that year honestly, because a real track record includes the hard years, not just the good ones.
The Holland column above documents roughly 90 closings a year sustained through most of the last decade.
