Peggy is responsible for the Luke Bouman Team’s customer care department. With a passion for people and a listening ear, Peggy hears what clients are looking for and works to meet their needs whether buying, selling, or simply inquiring. She supports the agents by promptly following up with any and all interested parties, qualifying buyers and helping identify their interests, or setting up market evaluations for potential sellers. She even searches for off-market properties when buyers are interested in specific neighborhoods. With regular engagement and followthrough, Peggy ensures that no client feels forgotten. Peggy is a proud graduate of Michigan State University (go green!) where she met her husband Brian. They now reside in Holland with their daughter Olivia and son Lucas. Peggy and her family love to stay active by working out, hiking, biking, exploring area parks and trails, and lounging at the beach in the summer.
