Market is picking up


We are coming into a market where things are starting to pick up.

Historically, January is when people start thinking about making a move. We have seen that a bit sooner than expected this year. We have been putting multiple  homes on the market and are seeing multiple offers in some cases. A couple reasons come into play.

Inventory is low

For one, inventory is low right now. If you are considering selling, now is the time to start acting on that by doing things to get your home ready.
