Fall is officially here! Days are getting shorter and the nights are getting colder, but the residential real

estate market is still warm and steady. Active listings in North Holland boasted an increase of 20% over

last month and 74% over this time last year. This quarter there were 476 active listings compared to 357

for the 3rd quarter of 2014. The 2nd quarter of this year had 342 active listings. This is an increase of 39%

compared to this quarter. Over the course of the year, 499 homes have sold in North Holland with an

average of 77 days on market. These homes have sold for an average of 97.7% list-to-sale price.
