2013 was a great year for Sold Lake Michigan Homes.  According to the Multiple Listing Service there were 158 Lake Michigan Homes For Sale that sold during the year, which was similar to the # of homes that sold in 2012 also a good year for Real Estate Sales along the Lakeshore.  The most expensive sale was in Lakeside Michigan and went for $3,200,000, however the average sale price on Lake Michigan was $866,000.  Only 3 homes sold for over $3,000,000, and 2 of them were in Lakeside.  Click here to view all Lake Michigan Real Estate Lakeside Michigan. This past year the months of July through October saw the most activity with sold waterfront properties In Holland Michigan.
