We all know the draw to owning Lake Michigan Real Estate in the spring and summer,  but have you been to the Lake during the winter?  By owning a Lake Michigan Home you can experience the beautiful views of the lake, snoe showing or cross country skiing on the beach.  You also don't have to worry about too many neighbors as many of them stay inside or head south during the winter.   • The graph above shows the number of lakefront homes available for purchase in each month over the past year. The red line shows the number of homes that went pending that month as well as the number of homes that sold. This past year the months of July through October saw the most activity with sold waterfront properties In Holland Michigan. It's likely that we won't see an upswing of properties on the lake until February or March. 3 of these homes included here are on Lake Michigan.
